        Ground Floor: 

        Comfortable sitting area with satellite TV and a DVD/Video player and library of DVD's/Videos. Double French doors open onto garden/play area outside with giant swing, balance beams, swing bars, sand pit, puzzle board, giant Jenga and boules alley. There is also an indoor playroom for young children with toys and a giant chalk board to encourage those budding artists. Downstairs toilet.

        First Floor: 

        Play area for older children with pool table and air hockey table.

        Gym for over 16's with treadmill, crosstrainer, bike and weights. Flat screen TV. Water machine.
