Kitchen/Dining Room: 17'6" x 10'4" A large, bright living space fitted with a country style fully fitted kitchen including fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also an electric hob, oven and microvawe oven. Granite worktops and a double belfast sink and marble flooring complete the kitchen. Overlooks courtyard.

Living Room: 17'6" x 10'4" Spacious living room with oak wooden floors and a multifuel stove set into the chimney breast. Sofas , coffee table, satellite TV/DVD/Video player and stereo. View over courtyard.
