Kitchen/Dining Room: 24' x 17'6" A large, bright living space fitted with a country style fully fitted kitchen including fully integrated dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge/freezer. There is also an electric hob, oven and microvawe oven. Granite worktops and a double belfast sink and marble flooring complete the kitchen.

Living Room: 13'8" x 11'4" 16' Spacious living room with oak wooden floors and a multifuel stove set into the chimney breast. Sofa, coffee table, satellite TV/DVD/Video player and stereo.

Bedroom 1: 14'6" x 11'2" Super King bedroom with pocket sprung bed, solid oak furniture and oak floors. En-suite bathroom with marble floor, walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. View over courtyard.

Bedroom 2: 10'  x 8'. Double  bedroom with pocket sprung bed and views over the courtyard to the front. Solid oak furniture, oak floors, and en-suite bathroom with marble floors and underfloor heating, bath with shower over, WC and wash ahnd basin. Heated towel rail.

Bedroom 3: 13' x 12' Super King/Twin room with zip and lock pocket sprung beds that can be separated or left joined as required.
